Donny Anthon

Donny is a consultant focusing on risk management and employee benefits strategies. With more than 20 years of experience in the industry, Donny knows that strategically protecting employers and employees from the risk of loss is essential to an organization’s short- and long-term business goals. He works to understand your business, industry, and competitive environment in order to develop unique solutions that protect your business and engage your employees.

Using Cornerstone’s in-house resources and a combination of insurance and non-insurance programs, Donny can provide your business with risk assessments, business continuity planning, compliance audits, day-to-day HR consulting, healthcare reform guidance, and other support services.

Donny has extensive experience working to off-set rising costs using traditional first dollar, self–funding, and captive solutions.

Kerry Baugher

After starting his career as a secondary education teacher and coach, Kerry’s path took a new direction when he formed Baugher Financial & Associates in 1988. After 27 years of growing Baugher Financial into one of the largest employee benefit firms in Central and Southern Illinois, the desire to continue enhancing the client experience led Kerry to joining Cornerstone in the winter of 2015.

As an employee benefits broker and consultant with the Cornerstone Insurance Group, Kerry consults with employers across all industries to provide boutique service and premier employee benefit strategies, while controlling cost and maximizing return on this ever-important investment. With a significant client base in the public sector, he works with organizations on strategic funding arrangements, Department of Labor guidelines, PPACA regulations and employee engagement, with special expertise in working with collective bargaining units.

Kerry is also actively involved with the Edwardsville YMCA and the Southern Illinois University – Edwardsville women’s softball team.

Ben Crowder

With more than 15 years of experience, Ben serves as a consultant at Cornerstone Insurance Group, working to bring you solutions that speak to your specific circumstances. With expertise in employee benefits, wellness, HR administration, and employee management concerns, Ben begins every partnership by listening and asking questions to gain a better understanding of your business and the competitive landscape.

Ben is a founder and serves as vice president of Come Out Swinging, a nonprofit organization dedicated to raising skin protection awareness and raising funds to support the fight against melanoma.

Rodney Ragsdale

Rodney focuses on new business development and assisting his clients in all their insurance needs.  Rodney started in the insurance business in 1993 and has been with Cornerstone Insurance Group since its inception.  He works with clients in developing a meaningful approach to their business insurance needs.  Rodney believes that anyone can make intelligent decisions if they understand their alternatives.  His goal is to educate his clients to available alternatives and allow them to make their own decisions. Rodney also is security licensed and that gives him the ability to assist his corporate clients with all aspects of their insurance and retirement plan needs. Rodney’s long-term relationships are key to his success and he strives to work in partnership with his clients.

Rodney and his wife Traci are lifelong St. Louis residents and have three children.

Rodney received his MBA from St. Louis University as well as his undergraduate degree in Business Management from St. Louis University.

Bradley D. Snitzer, REBC, RHU

He learns about your company culture and philosophy and helps you implement benefit plans that go far beyond insurance. Brad can help provide you with a variety of services that complement your business goals, including HR consulting, risk management and loss control services, COBRA administration, claims expertise, wellness initiatives, and more. With this inclusive approach to employee benefits, Brad has retained 98 percent of his clients throughout his 22 years of experience in the insurance industry.

Brad has participated on the board of the St. Louis Independent Agents Association and the St. Louis Association of Health Underwriters. He serves on broker advisor committees of several major insurance carries. Brad has also been featured in Benefits Selling Magazine and St. Louis radio shows as an expert on employee benefit plans.
