Richard Steinbaum

Richard has been in the insurance business for 27 years. He started Corporate Benefit Consultants in 1990 and founded Cornerstone Insurance Group, a full-service employee benefits and risk management consulting firm, 15 years later in 2005. Today, Cornerstone has more than 100 employees and is a Healthiest Employer and Best Place to Work, as ranked by the St. Louis Business Journal.
During his tenure, Richard has served as an employee benefits consultant to companies both in the St. Louis area and nationwide. He serves on many national broker advisory boards and is a respected member of the employee benefits community.

Cody Wilson

Cody has more than 30 years of experience in the insurance industry, specializing in risk management consulting, property and casualty plan design, and employee benefits strategy development. In 2005, Cody merged his risk management firm Wilson & Associates with Corporate Benefits Consultants to form Cornerstone Insurance Group, a full-service risk management and employee benefits firm with more than 100 employees. Today Cornerstone is ranked as a Healthiest Employer and Best Place to Work by the St. Louis Business Journal.

Beyond insurance placement, Cody and his team are able to provide clients with loss control services, risk management consulting, claims administration services, and HR support.
