Carson is well-versed in the employee benefits industry. He has held several roles within the Cornerstone Insurance Group organization, now focusing his efforts on creating robust, efficient, and employee-focused employee benefit programs. He enjoys maintaining current client relations and developing new partnerships.
Prior to joining Cornerstone, Carson worked as a carrier marketing representative at Principal Financial Group, serving agencies throughout the New York metro area. Outside of work, he is involved with Partners for Pets, a local organization focused on rescuing and adopting animals in the St. Louis region.
Kristine has been an employee benefits consultant with Cornerstone for more than 18 years. With 22 years of experience in the industry, she is knowledgeable on the employee-related needs of small- and mid-sized businesses in Southern Illinois.
In her role as a consultant, Kristine designs employee benefits plans, creating a unique combination of insurance and non-insurance benefits for each of her clients. Through strategic planning and thoughtful implementation, she is able to communicate your benefits plan in a way that increases employee participation and affects every facet of your business.
Kristine also has extensive experience developing and supporting plans for the public sector, including schools and government offices in Illinois.
Tracy is a Broker who joined the Cornerstone family in September 2008. Her specialties are maintaining client relationships as well as the negotiation of renewals. During her 38 years in the field, Tracy started at the Account Executive level and has worked hard from the ground up to learn every facet of the industry. Knowing every aspect of this business helps her fully understand the needs of her clients.
When she has free time, Tracy enjoys traveling and spending time with her 3 children.

With 9 years of experience in the employee benefits industry, Scott has extensive experience consulting with self-insured multi-employer funds, as well as both self-insured and fully insured private sector clients.
His focus on maximizing your employee benefits budget includes employee-focused services, such as communication strategies, well-being initiatives, training solutions, COBRA administration, and more. He utilizes Cornerstone’s in-house compliance and HR teams to offer your team day-to-day HR consulting, healthcare reform guidance, integrated payroll solutions, loss control audits, and other services that support your broader business goals.
Max Rowe is a consultant focusing on Risk Management, Employee Benefits and Personal Lines of insurance. After graduating from the University of Missouri – Columbia (MIZZOU), Max started his career at another Saint Louis Insurance Brokerage firm in Account Management before transitioning to Cornerstone in November 2019. Max found his calling in the sales and consulting world.
